Dear people of St Peter’s,
May blessings abound in the new year. May we be ever present to the sufferings, the cruelties, the joys, the wonders of the world around us, ‘…this fragile earth, our island home.’ May we continue to find creative solutions to the hurts of our world. May we say ‘yes’ when called upon and ‘no’ when we must. May we give ourselves permission to check out when our spiritual tanks are empty and resources are depleted, turning always to the source of all things – the living, loving, liberating God.
