NW Mission District Clericus Meeting
St. Peter’s has been asked to sponsor the dinner at the July clericus meeting for the clergy of the North West Mission District. This is a meeting for the collegiality and support of the clergy in our district that is held at a different church, monthly. The meeting is for clergy only.

Bishop Elizabeth Homecoming
Bishop Elizabeth Bonforte Gardner will join us for a special combined worship service at 10 a.m. on Mother’s Day 2024. Lay Eucharistic Minister Training
Lay eucharistic ministers (LEM) may be licensed to administer the consecrated bread and wine at any celebration of the eucharist in the absence of a sufficient number of priests and deacons to assist the celebrant. They may also be licensed to go from a Sunday eucharist or other principal celebrations of the eucharist to share the sacrament with members of the congregation who were unable to be present at the celebration because of illness or infirmity. A Service of Lament allows the congregation to cry out together to God, to lament what cannot be regained, to release what no longer serves, to hear again God’s promise, and to give thanks for God’s steadfast love. Lay Ministry Training
All members of St. Peter’s are invited and encouraged to serve in a lay capacity. This can take many forms, from reading prayers of the people or the lessons during the services, to assisting the Rector and Deacon at the altar, and to delivering the Eucharist to those that cannot attend church in person.
