Spring Cleanup Day

Come join us for our Spring/Summer cleanup on Saturday June 22, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. until noon (or whenever it gets too hot). There is plenty of work to be done, both outside and inside. Sherry, our new house cleaning coordinator will be joining us with her husband to take down the Parish Hall storm windows for cleaning. Bishop Elizabeth Homecoming

Bishop Elizabeth Bonforte Gardner will join us for a special combined worship service at 10 a.m. on Mother’s Day 2024. Lay Eucharistic Minister Training

Lay eucharistic ministers (LEM) may be licensed to administer the consecrated bread and wine at any celebration of the eucharist in the absence of a sufficient number of priests and deacons to assist the celebrant. They may also be licensed to go from a Sunday eucharist or other principal celebrations of the eucharist to share the sacrament with members of the congregation who were unable to be present at the celebration because of illness or infirmity. Everyone is Welcome for Lenten Lunches Just a Reminder, we are having a lenten lunch study! Booklets in English and Spanish are available in the parish hall. St. Peter’s and NOTS are hosting the Carson City debut screening of the documentary “A City In Crisis”. This documentary shines a harsh light on the reality of the unhoused in Washoe County. The producer, Bob Conrad, PhD. will introduce the film and NOTS will foster discussion about this important topic and how it affects the community of Carson City.
