Holy Week & Easter Services are:
~ Palm Sunday 8am & 10am services with a 2nd Offering dedicated to Food For Thought in Carson & a parade around the block, hopefully partnering up with 1st United Methodist Church;
~ Maundy Thursday 6pm Seder meal, foot washing, instructed Eucharist around the altar, & setting up the Table of repose;
~ Good Friday noon Ecumenical service hosted by Connected Nazarene Church with Catholic, Methodist, Lutheran, Nazarene, 7th Day Adventist, Latter Day Saints & Presbyterian brothers & sisters in Carson City; Good Friday 7pm evening liturgy with Communion from the Reserve at St Peter’s;
~ The Great Vigil of Easter 7pm Saturday with the lighting of the spring fire in the center of the Labyrinth & procession in to the church building;
~ Easter Sunday 6:30am Sunrise service on the church building steps with The Rev Elizabeth Tattersall, 8am & 10am services with a 2nd Offering dedicated to Food For Thought, all followed by an Easter Egg hunt on the church lawn.
